RETURN & REFUND

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return: Contact us at support@vikvic.com to initiate the return process. Once accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: We regret that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the current one. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at support@vikvic.com.
